My payment is still pending, what should I do?
Check that the amount sent exactly matches the amount requested, then contact our support on Discord with the transaction ID.
Is paying with cryptocurrency anonymous?
It is pseudonymous: the transaction does not show your name, but it remains visible on the blockchain and your customer account is in your name, as with any other payment method.
